ECM Technologies is pleased to announce the successful launch of the ICBP DUO TH oil quenching.
Already four units of this two-chamber furnace with oil quench were ordered in 2017 for heat treatment shops in combination with Infracarb Low Pressure Carburizing process and Oil Quenching.
Its compact design allowed our customers to replace atmospheric sealed quench furnaces by vacuum carburizing and oil quenching technologies.
The LPC process with oil-quench cost-efficiency, the direct integration inside the workshop with no fire risks, and the easy access for maintenance were key-factors for our customers to realize these investments.
